Test Items:
1. Give
the students a piece of paper with different shaped objects. Instruct students
to cut out different shapes and glue onto another piece of paper by shape into
categories.
2. Give
the students a small felt board divided into four sections with a picture of
one shape in each section. Hand out various shapes and instruct children to
identify each shape and match them to the four categories on their felt board.
3. Give
the students cutouts of different shapes. Instruct children to tape cutouts to
paper by size, smallest to biggest.
Essay Question (verbal answer): What is the difference in
shape between a yo-yo and a square title? (Show these items to the children to
describe for question.)
